How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, typically within 2-3 business days you will recieve an email with a tracking number to the email you placed your order with.

How Do I Know if My Order Has Shipped?

You will receive a shipping notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed.

We usually ship all orders within 2 business days. Note, it may take up to 3 additional days for your tracking information to show movement as it makes it way through the postal system.

How Long Until My Order Is Delivered?

Orders typically delivered within 8-12 business days after dispatch.

Kindly note that deliveries to certain remote locations may take a few extra days.

All our jewelry is made with the highest quality materials to prevent as much tarnishing as possible - although all jewelry will tarnish over time.

To minimize this happening we suggest:

1. Keep it dry as much as possible

2. Store in a cool dry place

3. Use a protective spray

Can I Cancel, Update or Change my Address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
