What we look for
Not a polished ad. The version you would send a friend.
- Vertical, filmed on your phone, 15 to 60 seconds
- Natural daylight. Next to a window is perfect
- The unboxing itself: the parcel, the pouch, the first look
- Close on the piece, then a step back so we see it worn
- Styled in real life, with a kurta or a t-shirt
- Your own voice, saying what you got and why you picked it
- Original audio, or none at all
- Trending or licensed music. We cannot run it in advertising
- Screen recordings, reposts, or footage you did not film
- Heavy filters that change the colour of the metal
- Anyone in frame who has not agreed, and nobody under 18
- Other brands or logos in shot
- Blurry or dim footage, or vertical cropped to landscape

Who can submit
You need to be 18 or older and to have ordered from Indu. One $20 credit per order, however many videos you send.
What you are permitting
You keep ownership of your video. By sending it, you give Indu Jewelry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and display it, in whole or in part, on our website, in email, on our social accounts, in paid advertising on any platform, and re-edited into compilations alongside other customers’ videos.
Re-editing means we may trim, crop, slow down, reorder, add captions, add our own music or voiceover, and combine your clip with others. We will not put words in your mouth, change what you said about the product, or use your video to advertise anything other than Indu.
Your name
Your first name, your initials, or anonymous. We use what you pick, and default to anonymous if you do not say. You can change it later by emailing us.
Links to posts
If you send a link to an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube post, we will download the video from that post, so please keep it public until we reply. The same licence applies to the downloaded file.
Music and audio
Use your own voice, ambient sound, or no audio. If your video uses music you do not own the rights to, we cannot run it in advertising and will most likely decline it.
Other people
If anyone else appears or is audible, you confirm they have agreed to being filmed and to their appearance being used as described here. Nobody under 18 should appear.
If you tag us or DM
Sending a video by DM, or tagging us and telling us it is a Styled submission, counts as agreeing to these same terms. If you would rather we did not use something you tagged us in, tell us and we will not.
What you confirm
- You filmed it, and you own it
- It does not include anyone else’s copyrighted work without permission
- Anything you say about the product is your own honest opinion
The credit
Approved submissions receive a $20 Indu gift card within five business days of approval, emailed to the address on your order. No minimum spend, not redeemable for cash. Submitting does not guarantee approval, and we are never obliged to use a video we have approved.
Disclosure
Because you receive a gift card, there is a material connection between us. Where a platform or the law requires it, we label this content as a paid or gifted partnership. If you post your own video, please disclose it too.
Changing your mind
Email care@shopindu.com at any time and we will stop using your video in new placements within 30 days. Campaigns already running, and anything already printed or distributed, may run to their natural end.
