We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What's the Return Policy?

• If you're unhappy for any reason you may return eligible Indu Jewelry items within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, and in their original condition. This includes all original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@shopindu.com If you choose to return the product, you have the option of receiving a full refund, but you will be responsible for the postage fee for sending the item back to us.

For damaged or broken items that may have been impacted during shipment, these items must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the order. These items are eligible for refund or replacement depending on assessment.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Items that were included as "Free" as part of a Buy One Get One, or other promotional offer, are not eligible for a refunded amount greater than their purchased price.

Custom Jewelry Policy

We offer custom necklaces & accessories that are handmade with care. The time frame for these custom necklaces is clearly stated on the product page, which is between 10-15 business days before you receive your item. Please be aware that custom necklaces are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the product. If you decide to change your mind after placing the order, you are not eligible for a refund.

Additionally, if you do not like the font used for the custom engraving, we cannot provide a refund. It is essential that you check the font options available online or on the product page before finalizing your order.

Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an item with a quality defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Replacement requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be eligible for review or replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that are included and added as "Free" Items in any bundle discount, such as Buy Two, Get One, Buy Two Get Two, are not eligible for refund. Should the product be defective the policy for damaged items applies.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
